If you're going w/ Crawford cats @ $525+ MRC install $100...total $650w/shipping tax approx. All that for 5-8hp.

Crawford headers- $981+ ?$?$? for install for double the hp/tq. Sounds like if MRC thinks the headers are not worth it then by their reasoning the cats shouldn't be either. Maybe they just don't want to be the ones banging their knuckles...either that or Crawfords full year of fabrication and testing on their headers is a complete lie.

If you're staying N/A, I'd get cats, headers, cams, tune in that order. It's not worthwhile to someone considering F/I, but if you are a diehard N/A guy then you judge "worthwhile" on a diff. scale.

You can save money doing your own installs. I used to work in a shop and so do all of mine and my friends installs. If you need help w/ the cats let me know. I'm in Garrison.

he didn't say that the Crawford headers were a waste, he said he could get maybe +12hp with tune. Just that they are a pain to install and that if for some reason I have a problem and I need to take all the moods off then is not worth. Right now f/I is no an options but I’m not going to say that in the future I wont go F/I. so in my case I guess is not worth I want to see numbers after the tune with the mods I have and the cats that I order already.
I can install them my self I installed the motordyne, hks, popcharger, just that I don’t have a lift and it’s a pain under the car just with jack stands. Sorry I didn’t explain my self enough.

Headers would be ideal if you are gonna get cams. those 2 with julians tune should make some decent power up top w/ the utec. Instead od HFC's which costs an arm and a leg, just get testpipes.

As far as headers, I believe strup is the easiest to install since you don't have to life the motor compared to crawfords which are essentially the best but a bit** to install.

If you are not planning to do cams, I would not bother paying someone to install headers

This is exactly what I told him basically..i could be all shady and sell him on the headers, but we have never seen SUPER gains worth the money from headers alone...

None that we have installed and tuned..Any issues we had WAAAAY back when it was released was quicly discovered, and I informed Jermaine, and the issues were swiftly resolved..99% of the issues posted or RUMORED, were user error from people playing tuner..
