It looks like a nice time was had. Wish I could have made it but I just wasn't feeeling well. Nice to see the old crew get together. I'm sure there are a few faces I haven't seen.
Just a thought the ongoing drama...It needs to stop. Whatever happened in the past should be left there. This kind of thing happens when there is focus on one person above others. This cult of personality mentality needs to go the way of the dinosaur.
I thought this was about meeting and socializing with fellow enthusiasts. I don't know about everyone else, but I have enough stress and aggravation in my work & personal life. My car and the people I hang with are a source of relief. If not then why bother.
I can't organize anything ( not enough time) but I am willing to support positive efforts. The season will start soon, let's ALL get ready and enjoy!!

let me start off with TSZ wont fade
i have new ideas in progress and also ive been doin my homework on this whole debate, i spoke to 2 lawyers and the one thing that u have copyrighted is the web site
word of advise if you want to claim TSZ33
u have to make it a trademark...
but either way u can keep it.....
the new name will be anounced at the meet tonight
im workin on a new website buisness cards hats and t-shirts for hot import events and the new decals are already made
which all will be copyrighted and made into a trademarks
the funny **** about all of this ive been down wit tsz33 for just about 2 yrs and ive never seen or heard of u
and now u wanna come out the woodwork and claim the name of the club that u never attend
your goal in this whole debate is to make ur buisness successful which i def respect
so respect our buisness and what we are trying to do for the club
and get off the jock

1. it was trademarked, as well as all the other names we have registered
2. you could not have been very "down" with the original TSZ33 if you don't know who I am because I, along with help from a few others, am the one who started it. The site existed because I funded it 100% from my pocket, without ever asking for any help. At the same time, while I was responsible for starting the club, at no point did I ever want to be any sort of "leader", only a participant, which is well documented, as I have a business to run that takes up 95% of my time, and the rest revolves around my family. I enlisted the help of several original members, to assist on the site, but even despite our best efforts, things just didn't go the way we had envisioned as the group got much larger. My reasons for not attending meets in 2007 are well documented, and are not worth repeating in every detail except to say that I saw definite changes on the tsz33 forum and at various get-togethers, etc. particularly during the last half of last year. I didn't like alot of what I saw, and simply decided I didn't want to be a part of that type of behavior. I never cared about the # of people the group had, I simply wanted it to be the best group possiblev. When I saw that was not going to be sustainable, I decided to bow out. I was embarrased by the behavior of more than a few members, and it was not anything I wanted to be a part of. Those feelings culminated in the closure of the site, etc.
Period, end of story. Stop focusing on what happened, or trying to restart a ***** fest, as I have no interest in it anymore. The end decision to shut the site down, and not participate further, was mine, and I am very happy with the decision that I made. If you want to start a new club, go right ahead, I'm not here to impede you in any way, and as I've mentioned several times, I wish the new group nothing but the best. All I asked is that any names, logos, etc. from the previous group that I may own not be used - nothing more than that.

don't think the track cars will be done in time - Pocono is a blast to drive at!
