Yeah I am gonna go. Prolly get there around 12 and hang for alittle while. They have awesome food. Grab some lunch. Walk the lots. See whats happening.

I am in Clifton park with 2 older z's 1980 10th anniversary and a 1984 50th anniversary turbo

 

went down to Rhinebeck yesterday with the turbo. met 11 other z's outside the grounds and we all entered and parked together at the show. 100's of street rods, customs and stock cars all vintage. big swap meet too. pretty cool to walk around and look at these machines. there had to be over 1000 cars in the show.

 

The Z Association of New York (ZANY) will be holding their annual show this Saturday 6/26 in Saratoga Springs NY at the Saratoga Auto Museum which is just off Route 50 in Saratoga Springs next to ****. So far the forcast is looking great with temps in the low 80s & SUNNY!. There will be all vintages of Z's at the show (from 240's right on up, may have a GTR there as well).

If coming from the East.. Take the Mass Pike to NY and take Exit B3. Take Rt 22 north till you come to Rt 20. Take a left on RT20 east and go a couple miles. Dragway on the Right.

 

Yes, I'm bringing it back from the dead...I plan on bringing my VQ to the LVD. Last time I ran there was in about 2007 in my 1.8t...15.0 @ 92

I think test & tune wednesdays are over for the season! Only race on Sat & Sun now I believe. Would have to double check

Oh okay, I'm getting my car shipped to my home town, Albany, from CA in a few weeks. Drag season may be over by then, but I'll be waiting. Want to go at least a few times.

What do you run in the 1/4 there?

 

I haven't gone the last two seasons. I don't have the slips anymore. I think I was around a 13.3-13.5 with horrible 60ft times.

Another local Hr with far less mods & DR's was running high 12's. I would do better with some 17 or 18's with DR's then my 19's with TR1's. I either spin and wheel hop or have to slip the clutch and ease out & then romp on it.

I store the car by Nov 1st each year, so if before then we can meet up or wait till next season.
