Yes They have been building it for a while and now its finnaly open for rentals. And yes it is open to all people of all skill levels...

hello, i've gone to e-town for drifting, but i've been a fan of time attack as well. i'd like this to be my first experience with roadracing. if everything goes well with my car and my work schedule i'd like to make this event. i'm tentatively in with my S13!

The weekend rates for englishtown are $12,000+fire + ambulance+ instructors ...unless people want to pay over $500, it has to be mon-thurs 8- 5

Monday shmonday. I'll take off for this, I've never done a road course before. I'm pumped. Anyone know if they have helmets? I have one, but i was thinkin of bringin a buddy.

yes they can rent you a helmet...I think the fee is 3 dollars and you have to leave a drivers licencse...

So how many cars on the track at once? Is this a true open track day or is it 3 laps come in and get in line?

Well Etown rules are that no more than 6 cars at a time are allowed on the track...and a minimum of 3 cars at once...Kevin at Etown, who is in charge of the road course, said that it will be like a time attack setup...with a warm-up lap, a timed lap, and a cool down lap....then off to the next car...but they will release the next car when there is enough room...they don't want the faster cars running up on the slower cars...he said they've done this method before and it works out that everyone gets plenty of track time...
of course you will get more than one 3 lap session...depending on how many people show up between 7-9 sessions

BUMP for payment info...

I am going to start collecting the money to leave a deposit for Raceway Park...I can accept cash in person which I realized is not possible for some people so I will accept Paypal as well...If using paypal add 3% which is $180...When sending payment include Name(s), Forum Name(s), and Car(s) The spots will be reserved in the order of payment!
