can you take a better picture on the damage area? Also how did it happen? repairable? location

I'm in Cliffside Park NJ. The bumper I believe is polyurethane...not 100 percent.
I bought the bumper like this, I was planning on repairing it and putting it on but I decided to just stick w/ the stock bumper because I don't want to deal with having a lip.
As for better pictures, I will try, I don't have a camera and the only one I have is my phone camera
