If I remember correctly its like 10-20 bucks to show. Not sure about entrance though if you arn't showing.

For those of us coming from CT:

We'll meet at the Crystal Mall in Waterford, in the parking lot in front of Macy's on the side closest to the main road (Rt. 85).

Coming from New Haven:

I-95 North (toward Providence)
Keep left (near Niantic) to take I-395 North via Exit 76 toward Norwich /
Plainfield
Take Exit 77 - Route 85 - Colchester - Waterford
Turn Right off exit onto CT-85 (aka Hartford Tpk / Hartford Rd.)
At Fourth Light, take a right into the Crystal Mall (entrance is
after you see Olive Garden)

Coming from Hartford:

Route 2 East Toward Norwich
Merge onto CT-11 South via Exit 19 toward New London
Take Exit 4, onto Route 82 toward Salem / Hadlyme
Turn Left onto Route 82 (aka E. Haddam Rd.)
Turn Right onto Route 85 (aka Hartford Tpk / Hartford Rd.) and continue to follow it until you see the Crystal Mall, 10 miles down on your right (entrance is after you see Olive Garden)

Coming from the Quiet Corner: - Plainfield, Killingly, Putnam, etc.

I-395 South
Take Exit 77 toward Waterford / Chesterfield
Turn Left onto Route 85 South (aka Hartford Tpk / Hartford Rd.)
Mall is on your right about 2 miles down

 

It says show entry is from 9-12, and it takes an hour and fifteen to get from the mall to Newport, so should we just set the meet-up time at the Crystal Mall for like 8 am?

I don't know how this show is. If it's the type that fills up right when they open the gates, or what. I'd assume not?

If someone wants to throw out another time to meet, let me know.

 

Andrew I think its about 50 miles from the Mall to Newport -- depending on traffic, but 1 Hr would be fine I'd imagine. Shouldn't be lots of traffic early in the morning in the Fall.

EDIT: I just looked a Google map to confirm distance and it had 83 miles, going up to Providence and back down lol. Then did mapquest -- 55 miles using Rt 138. Much better!

Providence first? No way. Rt. 138 is the way to go.

 

Yeah I have no idea how it came up with that route. It sure as hell isn't the shortest by mileage, and it sure as hell isn't faster time wise. Silly Google maps.

 

Its a smaller show, it is best to get there early, due to the fact of parking space.

I cannot believe how many ppl are going this year compared to last. Last year had a small section for imports.
