Probably not.
However, every year I attend a Celica meet in a State Park in NJ. They are very strict about it. Usually we just have a small charcoal grill and set it behind someone's car and pull two other cars next to it. Besides the smell, no one ever seems to care.

I'm thinking about rolling down there, but I will be drinking on south street all day saturday so I'll probably be sweating out some hard liquor at noon on Sunday. We'll see how I feel when the time comes, if the meet actually happens haha.
EDIT: Any place in Fairmount Park or something like that where a bunch of cars could park?

Megatron is right, although I don't think that the Eagles game will affect parking at Ikea. There's a lot of parking around there. Plus the Best Buy and everything is there also.

Champs Restaurant is right there if people wanna check the score on the Eagles game. My guess is that this meet won't take more than a few hours, which is just enough time to catch the second half. Also we can always tune into 94.1 WYSP.

Yeah, I'm down. If you guys wanna go to any restaurant to catch the end of the game, that would be cool
I don't spend alot of time in Philly or around that area so it would be something new for me. Usually there are two reasons my girl and I go down... shopping and cheese steaks!!! ...and the occasional car meet
