Gasket and bolts are on there way, so is the exhaust, and an air duct you have to install too

Not a chance. The opening on the back side is far too narrow and no way near the intake. Its just for looks.

I might finally get my JP kit i wanted but not sure yet, my buddys selling his Z an his car has been repainted with the kit so idk if the blacks with match up being nissan paint sucks.
