Another Sighting
Saw another Z today...about 1245 pm or so on Midlothian Turnpike headed towards Chippenham Pkwy, near Olive Garden. Black. Didnt get the plate. A guy driving.
Maybe all the Z's I am seeing are people that are not registered here. hmmmm
