Just a friendly warning, this will get shut down. The mall is closed on Sundays, except for the theater and eateries.
As soon as security sees a bunch of people hanging around in the lot they will break this up. Trust me, we tried a few meets there and got shut down every time.
Try the Sports Authority lot on the other side of Rte 4 - there is no security there, and the cops are a little less strict as long as you arent effing around and being stupid.

I'd be down if someone could figure out a lot to do so in. I'm not totally familiar with that area, only been there a few times, so someone else would be much better suited to that kinda task.
