Weekend of 3/14-15/2009 OR 3/22/2009 Salt & Road Grime Meet

Any interest for a local Bergen County and surrounding area meet??? If you don't have time to wash your car who cares it's probably going to snow one more time anyway LOL .

Post up which of the three day(s) is best for you. I am not free on the 21 so that's why it's not included.

Anyway this is what I was thinking. Meet at Market Basket in Franklin Lakes for lunch (Last time I checked they had picnic tables out back). Then Cruise to a local park and do a Meet & Greet.

I will come up with a solid plan once I see what the response is. Also I'll keep an eye on the weather and reschedule if necessary.

How long have you been in wyckoff?? Did you go to Ramapo HS by any chance?

 

That I did, haha. Graduated in '03... I'm assuming you did as well? I've lived in Wyckoff my whole life.

As far as the meet goes we got 5 people including myself which is more than enough. The next AutoX at Englishtown that I will be able to attend is on Sat 28th. They have loaner helmets and it is $45 for the day. Would you 4 like to meet up early, about 7am, and caravan down to englishtown. If your car is stock you would run with me in B-stock. We could have some friendly competition and see who is the best Northern NJ Z driver. Let me know what you all think.

Registration ends at 9:30 and it takes about an hour and a half to get there so thats why we would be meeting so early.

Hey guys,

Sorry I haven't given any final plans yet. I have to head back to school early on Sunday now and won't be around. The 29th is going to be the big Garden State Plaza Meet so I am going to set a date of Sunday April 5th. I'll pm everyone a week before in order to get a head count.

 

I would definetly be down for englishtown. I've got a few mods. hks replica exhaust, skunk2 5/8 plenum and jwt pop charger. thats all for now but I am definetly down for getting it on the track.

 

If the weather is good I will be going this Saturday.

Yeah this weekend looks to be a serious disappointment with rain Sat and Sunday. I was hoping to start my triathlon training and go for a ride this weekend. BOO
