I have a 2003 350Z I'm contemplating selling. Its maroon and has about 38k. Mods are:

20" chrome wheels/tires
Built motor with crower rods/wiseco pistons/ARP headstuds
Turbonetics turbo kit with: Greddy type rs bov and Tial wastegate
Megan 3" exhaust
TV deck
Greddy boost gauge
AEM Wideband

Car made about 380whp and went 12.5 missing 5th gear on the stock 17" wheels/tires.

Only things wrong with it is the trans grinds 3rd and 5th if you try to slam it at high rpm and there is an oil leak somewhere from the front of the motor. I dont want to fix it and I'm thinkin about just unloading it. Anyone thing I can get 13k-14k for it? I'm in NY.

 

used 03 with tranny problems... $10k

add $5k for mods, 14 to 15k sounds about right.

I would check receits for the "built" motor and other parts, and still low ball him. You have no idea how he drove it, and it would suck to get something that is a PILE because he beat the crap out of it and never told anyone.

 

imo, op is trying to sell not to buy.

 

Its my really good friends car. I took him to buy it when it was bone stock, I sold all of the parts that are on it as well. I know exactly how it was built and driven. The tranny is the older one so it was never great. He didnt beat the snot out of it, but he drove it for what it was worth. He had cracked a few pistons originally, so that was why he built the motor. The car was even still running, just smoking. The built motor has 20k on it and runs great, only problem is it leaks oil from the front of the motor. I can get it off of him but I dont want it, I'd want to just flip it. I'm just trying to see if its worth it.

13-15 is doable, we sold one at our auction wholesale 14700 with 33k with no problem. Private party sale shouldn't be to hard.
