That is a good Shop!!! I will be back down there at some point to do Gears, tweak my alignment & suspension, Install Test pipes and CAI's and also have re-tuned. Hope to be @ 320 WHP or better.

as far as the spacer goes, i haven't gotten one put in however i know many other people who have that love it. what are your goals for your car?

Goal for my car is to get 300 whp with bolt ons. Kinda like lakesides. All ready have the intake and the exhaust.

 

Thats hard to achieve without an HR engine. Not saying it can't be done but It will be costly!!!

what do you think i would be looking at after pullys,headers,y pipe,test pipes and the spacer and maybe cams.

nsbby - can't really say for sure, if i were you, i'd boost my car why not right? haha..anyway, i'd say that you'd get really good results with a tune on your car. ask lakeside how different his car feels after a nice tune

 

I was think about boosting it but there is so much other things need to be done to handle the power.

 

nsbby- really? like what have you heard that you needed? i ran a single turbo for 2 years basically with no problems on a stock block. i changed my clutch recently but that was after 2 years of boosting at 9psi. i never had any other parts i had to change. lemme know ur concerns if you have any. u can ask lakeside how fast my car is

 

brakes and differential. plus i really don't want a 1/4 mile car.

 

my car handles very nicely, you don't have to change your brakes / differential if you go turbo anyway. i have a bunch of friends still using stock brakes and it works perfectly fine

Weather has improved. Took the car out lastnight. Alot of cops on RT 9. They set up one speed trap that i saw. I took is easy. Was hoping to avoid a tint or exhuast ticket. lol

Showers and storms stayed to the south and east. Today will be Nice! Will have togo for a cruise.

hmm..as of now ill be up last week of august. however, i gotta find out when my car will be out of the shop so i can set up a meeet. dam..cops are crazy nowadays with speed traps and all that. i get harassed as it is.

I dont have anything going on that I know of that week.. as long as the wife's car holds together so she can drive it to school. Otherwise she gets the Z (which I think she is secretly wishing).

Finally the weather has been nice for a few days in a row. Hopefully it will hold till Sunday so I can do a full wash/wax on the Z.
