I've been here couple of times for some car/group meets but I'm not sure if its something you needed to reserve or pay.

I plan to go BBQ this weekend with some family and i recommended Eisenhower park in L.I.

Can I just drive in, park and pick a spot and grill? Are there any fees or etc?

Does anyone know if dogs are allowed?

 

nah you can just go right in no fees or anything like that. i do not know if dogs are allowed or not....

i believe they are though

 

no dogs in the state park there. some big groups do require a reservation.
