Congrats, how does it feel on the side of the 350? Was it worth it? I was thinking of that upgrade myself.

I don't/didn't have plans on sinking money into modding my car, so for me, yes, it was worth it. It's more comfortable on the highway, 99% of my driving is done there. Power seems to come at any point, where my 350 it was mostly high rpm's. The brakes are unbelievable in comparison. Revmatch is actually pretty awesome...the whole feel of the interior is much nicer. Soft everywhere I touch.

No complaints....we'll see when I pick it up

Congrats and I concur.
Wait 'til you get the brakes wet. They get a little grabby.
I'm still trying to figure out the rev-matching on the upshift. It works great under heavy throttle, but I can't get the hang of it under standard acceleration. How is it for you?

It was cold and damp last night, and the brakes were just nuts feeling. Maybe it's because my 350 is starting the dreaded brake pad whine of needing new brakes, but wow. The entire pedal feel is 1000x better.

I pick it up tomorrow(hopefully). The revmatch on the upshift is definetly odd....I noticed the same issue, the car seemed confused at a few points under light and normal acceleration. I'm sure it will take a little getting used to. The downshifting was fantastic though. My gf will appriciate the rev match!

The two downsides...
1) I bought a brand new cover for my 350z for $200, and now can't use it.
2) It's winter...so I'll be parking it very soon.

Nice job. Reminds me of when I got my Z in the middle of March in a snow storm. I drove it home anyways! lol

Hey. I turned the Sport mode off for the first time tonight and it still revs on the upshift. I think once I get used to it, it'll work fine, but it's hard to get my fat foot off the gas during shifts.

Well, long story short, the bank made an error in the financing, and the dealer had some errors with the p&s. Basically, I had a couple options and mulled them over. I decided to wait and pay off a small personal loan I have, and then look in the spring, instead of doubling my payment now, plus that personal loan. I wouldn't have been able to drive it until the spring anyway!
