Sadly this is what happens every time.. we want to meet up and BBQ but cant find a park to do it in or noone wants to shell out the insurance money etc. Im down for whatever.

To make it easy i say a hooters somewhere in central CT.. from there a cruise to a pic spot.

How much is the insurance? Im willing to pay money, I paid $100 last year for a spot at Hop Brook Lake and it rained out. I doubt money is the issue... Lets shoot for Northern CT. Im calling a few parks today up here.

Is there an F1 go-cart racing place anywhere near u guys? There is one off of 93 right before Boston. That could be a cool thing to do and place to meet up at.

The distance on everyone is what the real "killer" of these meets is. I don't know about you, but after a long work week of commuting, I don't really want to drive 6 hrs round trip to eat at a hooters and go home.

Is Adirans area of Manchester, CT ok for a central point? IF so then lets find a park there and get this planned.

Northwest Park in Manchester looks like a good option

and increase time by having your insurance company drop you. Increase travel time by 50%

Total time: 50 -30 = 20% longer, 2:40min

I'm in the process of buying a house either in Houston or South Florida. By the end of the year I should be moving.
