I'll try to keep this as accurate as possible.
Southern CT:
Meet off I-91N after exit 18 about 1.4miles:
Time: 8:00a...Be there sharp, Caravan to Leave: 8:15a
It's about a 45min trip from there to Cardio Express in Tolland

Northern CT / Western MA:
Meet @ B'ball Hall of Fame in Springfield:
Time: 7:45A...Be there sharp, Caravan to Leave: 8:00A
It's about a 60min trip from there to Cardio Express in Tolland

Final Pickup Cardio Express Meet:
Time: 8:45A, Leave by 9:00A
