Thank you to all that came out and supported us yesterday at Island Dragway for the Racers and Tuners event, Supra v. rx7 v. 350z. The track was hot and the altitude of the track was high but we still came out and performed.

Our best E.T of the day was 9.8 @ 139mph with the blue 350. Sal (alwaysnboost) ran a best of 10.4 @ 140mph.

Overall it was a great day, lots of fun. Congrats to Vinny and Sal for taking 1st and 2nd in the Outlaw class as well as Steve (our tech) who took 1st in the bracket racing.

I would also like to point out that after running at least 6 passes each, beating on the cars all day, BOTH Rocky and Sal drove their cars home from the track.

We were disappointed to not see more z's out there. Where are all the fast z's from this board?

Guess our cars held up against the comp a strong look for 350z's. loved racing that rx-7 fd and sending him home.. the trash talking before that race had me dying

 

It was father's day so it wasn't easy for people to get away when they had things planned. I live right down the street, heard you guys running all day, but couldn't get out since I had people over. At least 15 of my friends with Z's who planned on going couldn't make it either because of that.

Man the rx7 guys were talking trash, one at least, so I had to make sure I repped us like I said I would. All in fun, cause Vinny did his share of trash talking lol. He had faith in his built cars and made sure we all ran them hard as hell, in that heat and against the comp.

It was a good time.......

 

yea wish I could have made it out there. But I had promised my dad a trip to the casino for fathers day thinking the show would still go on when it was scheduled for the week before lol.
