If you have all these issues documented by a licensed Subaru mechanic, you have a legitimate lawsuit and a real chance of recovering your money. Falsifying documents (such as the clutch) is obviously illegal, and using a license plate to mount a transmission is a safety violation.

That really sucks...Always bring a car to YOUR mechanic and have them put it on a lift and thoroughly inspect it. Good luck with having it resolved and hopefully in your favor.
