Default Ls2 Swap in Nyc?

Can anyone recommend a good shop for a LS2 swap in NYC or Long island? I don't think VTr or Performance motor sport do the ls2 swap in the z. I got a quote at Vtr for 24k for a built long block and a jwt700 with all the goodies. For 24k i could sell my z for 10k and buy a used 05 and up vette. I been searching i cant find a exact price on a ls2 swap. Any of you guys with ls2's can it be done for 15k ? I want to bring my 03 back to life and have it around 380-420whp. But Na wont get me the power i want and 24k isnt worth it. I could def get get a used vette do some breathing mods and be faster and more reliable. I really don't want to get rid of my z but im getting bored its been 8 years now

If I wasn't in the middle of building my car I would do it right on my driveway just like everything else I do including engine swaps. If you wait 2-3 months I can do it for you for a good price. I can help you get all the parts you need.

Otherwise call up JDS Motorsport and see how much they will charge you.

380-420whp, why not just put a vortech on it

My block has 140k it would be a ticking time bomb. It is all highway miles but it burns a quart of oil every 1000miles when driven hard. I got all the basic bolt ons and a uprev tune but the 271whp got boring real quick. Got the pm i will give you guys a call real soon . Should be closing on my house in 2 weeks then ill have a garage to keep my z safely. Wouldn't want to leave a ls2 swapped z on the street lol. But the ls swap looks like it will cost less then a built block and turbo and it will def be more reliable and different.

I am tempted to just slap a vortech on it and keep the boost low. Even around 350whp would be fun but i dunno my block does have 140k.
