Default Do Not Go To Acme Nissan!!!!!

I am not going to go into detail as of yet but basically the entire dealership has the worst customer service and work ethics I have ever seen.. I dropped my car off on Monday night to get the bolt fixed that ripped out of the floor that holds down my drivers seat. Yes, thats right... The last too times the car was in getting the seat repaired under warranty, they must have stripped the bolt and it ripped right out of the floor when I was taking a turn. Second, I was having them look at my clutch AGAIN.. Ever since the last trans got replaced, the pedal has always been very hard to push in... All said and done, they told me it would be $800 to fix the clutch.... Obviously I told them they should warranty it and they told me to complain to consumer affairs... Long story short, this is going back and forth between the two and even the manager of the dealer said tough sh-t..... They also blamed me about the bolt ripping out of the floor which they were the last ones to have the seat out.... All I can say is that if they don't do right with this, I will be writing a letter to all the right people.. Sorry for the rant and raving, but I needed to vent...
If anyone else has had problems with ACME Nissan, please post them here as I will take this to the newspapers and NNA....

i had the clutch getting extremely hard when i got my transmission replaced on the Z. Felt ok for the first few hundred miles then it got real hard. It isn't the clutch thats the problem, it was the pressure plate. they probably bent the sucker while putting it all back in. That IS under warranty. But every nissan dealer out there told me that it is performing up to spec, and I had the same problem going to at least 6 other dealers. Best of luck to you, but as long as the clutch is operational, its going to be tough getting the thing fixed under warranty... there is no spec as to "hardness" of the clutch. Problem is every z or g35 6mt that I've driven has a different "feel" to the clutch pedal, some are hard as hell, some are light, some have a springy action, some feel plain weird....The seat you should have absolutely no problems getting fixed under warranty... especially if they serviced the work. Most dealers have a 12k warranty on all done work.
