Default Another IMPORTANT Reminder for those wanting to race at ATCO 4/25

Please go to www.4phun.com and please click on the "CONTACT US" tab and let us know you will be racing.

Because of the number of cars attending this meet, there is a possibility that ATCO may limit how many can race. We want to have a list for those that are definite so that we can give them a count.

Thanks.

Here's some more information as posted by the members of www.g35driver.com that have been working hard on putting this event together:

"As Speedaholic has mentioned before, the planning committee has been hard at work and that info would start to flow.Well it's starting to flow and more to come as April 25th gets closer and things get finalized.

The ROLL CALL has been updated and is current today. If you are not on it or wish to join all of us on April 25th, leave an email via the 'Contact Us' tab at the website Atco Meet (www.4phun.com)

IF YOU ARE RUNNING DOWN THE TRACK

For those who wish to run your car down the track, an approved DOT helmet is required to be worn, track rules, no exceptions. If you do not have an approved helmet, they can be rented for $ 3.00.

Anyone can run their car down the track providing you register and pay the fee. Fees will be posted shortly. If you have never run a car down a track and want to see what your stock car or modified pride and joy will do in a quarter mile run in speed and time that's ok. This is one of the reasons we are at Atco for the day. If you have joined us for the day and are not in a G or Z, that is ok also.

Two additional requirements. You need to be on the "Roll Call" to run down the lane. Again send us an email via the website. If you are already on the roll call and want to run down the drag strip please email us with the following information. In the subject line put DRAG STRIP. In the body of the email Your screen name, your real name and the car you plan run the track with, an email address that we can get back to you if there are changes.

At this point and time, ATCO has not capped us with a car limit and runs. If they do cap us we need to keep it under control via the emails.

Looking forward to meeting as many of you as can at Atco on April 25th.

I would also like to thank my fellow volunteers who have been working hard behind the scenes to get this off the ground and make it happen.

This is big and will get bigger as the event gets closer.

R U PUMPED"

More important information:

".:.:.:.:.: FOR ALL ATCO ATTENDEES:.:.:.:.:.

Anyone who is planning to attend this meet (or is on the ATCO roll call for that matter), you are being asked to visit the ATCO website (www.4phun.com) and fill out two types of forms.

The first form is a registration form and is used to gather information for future events as well as exploring your interest in becoming a member of a northeast G35/350Z club. This form is available in either Word or PDF formats.

The second form is a modification sheet. This sheet will serve as an information sheet about your ride and will be placed on the windshield. This will help other people who spot your ride
to know what type of mods you have on it, without the need of hassling you or looking for you in case you're not around to answer their questions. This form is available in HTML format only.

Both forms can be found on the site under the "Registration Form" section. Please take a moment to fill and print these out, and bring them along on the day of the meet.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at: atcocommittee@4phun.com.

Thank you for your cooperation. "

Bump because this is very IMPORTANT!

We need to give ATCO a count by the end of this weekend how many people are going to be racing. As of now only approximately 20 people have gone to the website and registered to race.

As I mentioned earlier, there is the possibility that ATCO will limit how many people will be allowed to race or how many races each person will get depending on the number we give them.

If they do limit the racing, the people on the list will be given priority. Please don't be left out if you know for sure you want to race.

Go to www.4phun.com and click on "CONTACT US" and send an email with your screen name saying you plan to race.

Thanks.
