For the rest of this week, Vance and Vic will be handling the organizing for both boards, I'll be away.

 

Just got back from vacation and was hoping to see a much bigger list but, oh well.

Instead of bringing chips and hot dog buns (since it appears these are covered), I instead will bring a cooler with ice, sodas, and I'll buy a large ketchup and mustard squirt bottle. Vance, let me know if this would be ok?

Also, I volunteered earlier to be a rotating chef so you have Gerald (350Zzzz) and I from this forum for this.

Thanks again Vic for helping us organize on this side of the event.

On a last note, if you somehow forget or cannot get the food or items on the day of the meet, you will be able to eat with us. It'll just take a cash donation to the supplies we've purchased out of pocket. Price is yet to be set, since we don't know how much we'll need until atleast weds.

And there will be a 50/50 raffle, which the price will most likely be set at $5 per chance. Proceeds will go towards the community pool for the next meets we all have. I'm sure I mentioned this all before, but I thought I'd get it out here in the open one last time!

SOoooooo, if everyone goes in on the 50/50, its possible the prize will be $200-300!

 

this sounds like a great event. i'd like to attend, just let me know what i can help out with bringing...otherwise i'll just bring some kick butt desserts! thanks.

VIC ...WELCOME BACK MAN!!!......Sorry I been MIA here, I been on the G35 board and finalizing things......

UPDATES for Vic:

1. Lighter Fluid should be OK now
2. The G's came through with maybe 6 coolers total , But I dont know the sizes...so like I said.."its better to have....etc"

3. At this point, like BALZAC said ....purchases to the raffle will be taken if you dont wanna bring food ...at this point everything is just about covered with the exception of what we mentioned about ICE and coolers.

4. NAME TAGS will be given out TO EVERYONE (Z/G and non-G?Z attendees) with Screenname and real First Name on it...when you arrive (we will supply the Sharpie markers)
THIS will show you have either brought Food or bought a raffle ticket and can eat for the day. (per car not per person, so if you came with someone...food assignment filled = name tag for driver and passenger)


VIC...I am going to PM you with my cell # PLEASE PLEASE CALL me...so we can finalize stuff (food and operations for day of)
