Well my Z is in Oregon, but i'm living in So Cal. Torque Freaks down on airport way is doing the engine build with internal work and such...its quite a project i might say. If you want to talk to some people about how or what to do with the aftermarket scene or check out my car you should do so. tell them Dustin sent you. ask for jason.

lots of goodies to see! take care.
Dustin

Awwww!!! Where were you folks when I lived in portland?!?!?!

How are things up there? I miss oregon. You'll never know how good you have it until you leave. The only reason why I don't move back in an instant is the weather, my job down here, and more asian girls around here, too. Other wise I'd be back!

Default what about us G owners?

How about a couple/few G's thrown in for good measure?

Good to see you, Dustin. Sounds like you might be going TT?

well i think that i will keep the charger and just mod it like crazy. since my bottom end is solid and i have the right fuel solution, i can get more aggresive with the pulleys and belts. along with proper tuning i could get some high boost #s and good dyno runs. The only thing i would look into at this point would be a standalone (AEM would be great if it ever comes out) and an LSD of some sort. Waiting on my ACT sponsorship to get back for my clutch and flywheel package, and i should be set. The car is going to be at Torque Freaks for another week or so (i hope) and then they are going to ship it down here to me. you should make another "meeting" to check it out. Let me know how it looks, i haven't seen it yet(sad i know) Hows the G? any plans or ideas you have for the future? looks sick the last time i saw it! talk to you later

Not much going on with the G besides an Endless BBK, a rear deck lip spoiler and a data systems grill.

I just started shooting competitively and it's taking a lot of my time and $. Ammo is expensive. It's easy to burn through $100 in a couple hours. I'll get my interest back in the G when the weather gets nice and I think about tracking again.

Please pardon my hijack. I am interested in a Z/G meet though

Hey, I'm in Tigard (I-5 and Hwy-217). I'm trying to get some local people together as well. So far I have LanceG33 (near PGE Park), rolling (Powel and the 205), and myself planning to meet up. Please send me an email if you're interested!

Sorry I didn't get a chance to meet you guys. My appointment in the AM ran long. I stopped by at around 1:30 and saw the SB with 18"s along with a silverstone with 19"s. Of course, I was running late to my next appointment so I couldn't stay. I'll try to catch you guys at the next one.

No problem. There was only 3 of us (the Daytona Blue owner was having a stereo installed down the street). It was fun. I'll let you know the next time we hook up.

Yeah. I'm shooting a 9mm right now so ammo isn't that expensive compared to reloading. I've got a 40 S&W coming and it will be much more expensive to buy v. reloading. My boss has 2 Dillon 1050's (one in a 40 and one in a 38 super). He doesn't use either one despite shooting 50K rounds a year. Nice to have $$$. If I decide to stay in IPSC Limited, I'll buy his reloader set-up for the 40.

BTW, nice meeting you and the other guys at the meet. What was the name of the place you got your shocks installed? I've got to get some camber rods and arms put in.

Thanks,
Al

Yea definatly good to mee you also, id highly reccomend buyin the reloader if you can, most people dont end up saving much money, just shooting more ammo! hehe, i used to have a .40 cal sig, but had to let it go, now just a SKS, and 9mm beretta 92m,,

anyway, i got them installed at place called Hy perfrmance automotive a small 2 garage shop on corner of 122nd/ powell
so there semi familiar with our suspentions hehe there not the cheapes shop but there very good mechanics and ASC cert. they tend to lower there price the more you have done
good luck!!
