~Mark your Calendars!~ Z Car Club of WA February Meeting (2/22/03 - 2:30pm)
Hi Jason and DaGimp, sorry I didn't make it, I made the mistake of organizing and trying to figure out my income tax(long form) Big mistake...by the time I was going to go out and wash my car, it was pouring *** rain and hailing...too late for me to make it, so I finished getting my tax crap together. I will see you both at another meet soon, hopefully on a sunny day since the black and the DB look sooooo darn fine on a sunny day. Even my CS looks awesome in the sunshine. She just turned 3500 miles and she is in need of a bath(hopefully tomarrow) Take care guys. Marcy
Just for the record:
We did move around the corner. The wait staff at Rocksport wasn't staffed to support us, and said they'd rather we went somewhere else, so we did.
We met upstairs at the Elliott Bay Brewery around the corner. People noticed the DB Z out there, but we couldn't find you.
The meeting runs more like a regular club meeting. Inside. We actually discussed business like financials, coming events, and fundraising. Then, we broke the meeting and many went to check out the Z's. We took a short cruise around Alki point, then went our separate ways.
The group is really excited about the 350Z owners being a part of the club. Add the number of events planned, and the potential for gear like jackets, hats, etc. due to connections within the club, and it could be an easy way to do more things with other Z owners.
Sorry we missed some of you. It ended up being quite nice in West Seattle, but I'm sure we'll see many of you at the next meeting. It's March 29, and will start in Federal Way and end up in Tacoma.
