waste of money IMO. just get a Z emblem to replace the "nissan" one.

got a quote for about 3-4 hundred for side skirts and rear...is this average or too expensive?

Average to slightly on the high side. Think I paid around $400 for a full kit, with replacement bumpers not add ons.
