Default Dyno Day in late October

Saturday, November 18th. 9am-9pm
$35 total for 2 or 3 runs depending on how busy it gets. $10 additional for A/F ratio.

8-Velocity Motorsport
21619 Highway 99, Suite F
Lynnwood, WA 98036

It's a brand new shop that just opened up off Aurora in Lynnwood. Owner formerly ran A-Tech over in Lake City. They just opened their doors a week ago, and have a brand new DynoJet!!

I have absolutely no affiliation with them. I was just there for a few hours a couple nights ago tuning my buddy's car on the dyno. We got to talking, and the owner said he was thinking about holding a dyno day within a couple weeks. I mentioned that there had been interest on the Z/G boards. He's gonna let me know once he finalizes the date/time, but it's happening for sure this month. Pricing is TBD, but he guarantees me that it'll be very reasonable. Just hook up and do some pulls, no tuning.

Just wanted to post this thread now to give everyone time to prepare, and most importantly, to gauge interest.

I'm in! I wanted to throw in the 100 shot jets to see what it can do!

He seems to work on all sorts of cars, doing everything from motor swaps to bolt-ons and F/I kits too.

Update:

Dyno Day has been set for Saturday November 18th 9am-9pm

Time is still TBD, but I'm guessing all day. Got pushed back a bit, but that gives me some more time to work out a couple kinks...

How's this work? Do we just show up or would we be part of a group? If a group, then do we need to pay in advance? I've never done dyno pulls before and would like to give it shot, if for any reason, just to see how much Triple8Sol has on me so I won't feel so bad when he's beating me in autoX and track days.

I've only been to 1 dyno day in the past. No RSVP or prepay neccessary. Auto or Manual doesn't matter...

Yup, I haven't heard otherwise. I'll be going for sure. Need to know what the wimpy Stage 2 is putting out, so I'll know what gains I get from Stage 4
