Looks really nice. How do you like the area and how high are the homeowner dues, if you don't mind me asking. I've also noticed that Queen Anne condos are priced relatively lower to other areas in the Seattle/Eastside area. Wonder why that is? Well, I'll keep my fingers crossed that I can find something like this in the next year or so.

I've been in Queen Anne for 2 years now, so far so good, so close to everything. My home dues is around 200 a month that including water, garbage, exterior insurance.

I will have an open house this coming Sunday from 1-4 you can stop by if you're in the neighborhood.

Very nice place! Good price too! I know a couple who bought a 600sqft condo in downtown somewhere for 350k. Thats a much better price for a bigger place. I paid $150k for my condo in Auburn 6 months ago, its worth about $175-185k right now.
