There's alot of ppl in WA, so 2% is quite a bit of ppl. There are over 6+million ppl in Washington State and 2% of that is somewhere above 120000 ppl. That's alot of ppl that can drive in the rain and that could be a stretch.

 

I saw a fool on the road driving a silver 4 door Subaru Legacy with the pink STI sticker. Somebody explain that one to me.
