Auburn Car Show Saturday June 9th!!!

Hello all! Our meeting at Auburn top foods for drives has sparked a little interest from managment there...

I have ben working hand in hand with the mgmt. of Top Food and Drug on Auburn Way North in Auburn about holding a car show there, and we have a date now. Saturday June 9th from 11:00am to 4:00pm.

They are going to have a BBQ that day as well, anyone who enters gets free BBQ food and drink. I have also worked out some prizes for particapents. It will be handled on a Door prize fasion, raffle type deal. All entrents will receve a raffle ticket type thing and they will be donating a few prizes to the cause to get more people out there. I have heard some talk on a little BBQ grille (like a coors light one or something to that effect) as well as some other door prizes that have not yet ben discussed.

I would really like to see a high turnout, the more people we can get to support this idia, the easier it will be for me to arrange events of this nature in the future with perhaps more lucrative benifits for all parties concerned.

Cool! Best in show will receve a new Ipod Nano, we also have as some of the hourly prizes, Mariners tickets, $50 gas card, tabletop BBQ grille, as well as many others. this has ben posted on NWEvolutions.com, RS25.com, NASIOC.com, LegacyGT.com. I have a feeling a lot more people are going to show up than that has regestered. Would really like to have some 350`s come out!

Well I'd love to see the car sometime Devil. I just have to get mine back from the painter then get the new wheels alligned and figure out how to install the new rotors, brakelines, and pads.

Jeeze it might be a while before the car is up and running.

Just got the call from the painter. Car to be ready between Friday-Sunday. Now lets just hope the wheels are in by then. I don't want to show up running stocks with the new bodykit

 

Prizes...
we got a Tabletop BBQ grille, folding chairs, (or something like that) Mariners Tickets, $50.00 gas card, and a possability of others that are not announced yet, (depending on love from vendors-sponsers)

Grand prize for "best in show" Will be a brand new Ipod Nano! I will have more information towards the names of the sponsers as well as the possability of other prizes are they are made avalible to me.

Judging on the show will be done by myself and the other vendors present at the event. We will be using a points system, Interior, engine bay, Paint, Overall clenleness ect will be judged on all cars. All points from the 4 judges will be added up and totaled. and a winner will be decided. We will also be awarding points for uniqness as well as other catagories.

Even if you are not competing in the best of show catagory, or think your car is a show stopper please feel free to come out. Free food and drink to all entrants, as well as this will be considered just a big meet for people into there cars just to come out, hang out, and have a good time. Also the largest sponser for the event is the store itself, So as long as we can keep outa boost in the parking lot and keep traction we dont have to worry about any problem from jon p law.
