Haha nothing like that man, I am just saying it might be a more fun time rather than each person driving somewhere alone. At least for those of us who haven't met the group yet.

 

i can pick you up, that's fine. Will be finished golfing around 11:00. Hitting up the par 3 course at willow's run if anyone is interrested in coming out.

You gotta come. You are the bench mark that we're all comparing ourselves against. I'm still waiting for the day I can pick up a time sheet and see my name ahead of yours. Probably not gonna happen anytime soon, but I can dream, right?

 

I'm pretty rusty now, and I'm sure all the karts have gone to sh*t, so I'm not sure I can hit 35's anymore. Hopefully at least mid-36's...

I've never been before, how long are we looking at and how much is it? I can possibly spare a few hours

 

Umsta not sure if you're still living near the U but I need to head there to meet with someone in the morning so I can pick you up if you wanna go.

I would meet up with Drew as well but it looks like Divergent took the 1 carpool spot rofl.

 

Each race is 10 minutes (plus time to get everyone in/out of their karts). Personally, I like to race one session, rest one session, repeat. Three sessions is a good number, any more and you'll really be hurting. (=

So I'd guess maybe 2-2.5 hours there if it isn't crowded? *shrug*

Each race is $16 ($12 if you become a member, $30 more info here).

Bring your helmet if you have one, otherwise it's $2 more I think.

And, sweet lord, be careful in your car after you've driven the karts... the Z is like an insane boat with super power steering after zooming around for a couple sessions. Was anyone else there when someone nearly went over the sidewalk and down a hill in December? (=

it's like 40 or 50 bucks, about 1-1.5 hours of racing, and extremely fun. Willing to meet up before hand to roll down together as well.

 

icedoutis, I'll roll down w/ you, I'm in Bellevue and have no clue where I'm going since I'm new. I'll PM you my celly, and gimme a call when you're ready to go, and we can figure out where to meet up.

And, as such, I've got another carpool seat available if anybody needs a lift.

 

*for anyone who's still on the fence abou this... this isn't little kids go karts - they're decently fast and actually requires good driving skills to beat others! It's really a blast, and fun trying to catch up to Triple8sol and Drivesolo's times!
