That might have been one of those downhill street racing moves; like the rain gutter technique, the modified rain gutter technique and the blind attack technique. Oh man... I can't wait for the 5th Stage.

scott 03 touring #42
built tt with nitrous going in after the v-pro, going for the 700 club, lol. i am doing a pretty wild paint scheme on the car now and it is coming out gorgeous. prob is my phone cam picks the color up as blue (almost exactly the same as stock) yet it is alot deeper and could almost be considered purple. oh ya, 305/20 rear tires going on it paint is about half way there after today! wheels still need to go black.

i personally can't, but john reed of Rrev motorsports in portland here is an authorized hks dealer/tuner. i have worked with john a little bit before, and heard nothing but great things about him. i heard he is one of the highest level aem tuners anywhere and is a god in the supra world literally getting flown around the world tuning. i have seen the tuning thread about getting sam up here, but i really put john on a higher level than sharif, sam, and on down the line. i am glad to see he is wanting to get into the Z/G market now.

John Reed is a bad ***. He tunes my roomies Supra, often flying here to Boise to do so, which I believe he's doing this coming weekend as a matter of fact. Not only does he fly around the world tuning Supras, but he's been doing a lot of work on the Hennessey Vipers lately too!

When you see him, ask him how you can get into the NPT. It's an inside joke, but he'll think it's funny!

Well I did check out RRev but I didn't see anything about them tuning VQ's so I just called up Sam and already paid for everything. Otherwise a trip to Oregon would be alot quicker. Unfortunate but oh well.

I'm also glad he is getting into the Z's as we've had virtually nothing going for us in the Pacific NW.

luckily, i jumped on johns offer to do the v-pro. we will be going as far as the original greddy/mitsu 18g turbos will go, then adding nitrous to push it far into the 700rwhp range and trigger it off of the v-pro. the motor should handle in excess of 1000hp+, so it will be a fun time. i told john i will push as much work his way as possible because i really do not have time to do build guys cars myself at the moment. maybe when winter comes i am planning to take a month off or so though. but i will prolly just wanna play then, lol.
but ya, looking forward to working with john. with both of us together on it, it should be quite a mean machine! just need to get the dam paint done!! haha
