Not in 253 and not prime rib, but Ruth's Chris in Seattle or Bellevue is ridiculously good (and expensive). Filet FTW!

The Keg is good, a slight level above Outback.

They use butter? Butter burns to quickly to get a good sear on the meat, you'll just end up with a big bitter mess

If I remember correctly they sear the steaks at a super high temp and then put butter on the top after, and the butter melts all over the steak.

+1 on Mama Stortini's. I haven't been there since they moved off Bridgeport where the UP city buildings now are.
The Harbor Lights used to be great for Prime Rib, but don't know now since Anthony's Corp. bought it.

I don't know about 253, but Morton's in Seattle is pretty good.
