For the record, the G was in the wrong gear on that one. Wasn't expecting to actually run. You can see the black smoke coming from the tailpipes after the downshift and full throttle. Either way though, no questions...Drew's car is crazy fast.

Wait 'til find the video of a certain red E36 M3 getting SMOKED.

Ok, found them. Here's the link to the thread:
http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum...d.php?t=888973

The G was shifting well short of redline, since it was pulling away so easily. No powershifts necessary. Turn on your speakers and catch the commentary...lol.

In the 2nd vid, checkout Drew's Z take off in the corner. I didn't even hear the honks over my music. The 2nd run with the grey G was the accurate one. The red Z has Injen CAI, Crawford plenum, and Nismo catback. That's it. I guess the 1st run wasn't expected. They both dropped the hammer at the same time the 2nd time.

With his basic bolt-ons, your HR might still be faster. I dunno...would be interesting though.

Sorry once again. and i wish to have been there, i went to spanaway to see one of my buddies. either way i was right behind you guys. I would have pussed it with this guy, since he's been talking about 07 alot. i ve read couple of his threads, and how bad he beats the Z/G.

thats what i wanna find out, as far as i know, he's the closest to a full bolt on z (save any form of fi) in the nw... then there is peter, i should have thought of him sooner, that would be a good race to

man... after reading that thread, i'm even more pissed that i missed the action, i would have just toyed with him the whole race, floor it... let off... floor it... let off... floor it... let off... well u guys get the picture
