Damn. What's happened to the younger generation that someone would ruin their reputation and become a known thief for $200? Strong circumstancial evidence(hiding, lurking, no response) and hard evidence has been provided. Maybe his family would make good on the debt if they knew about it.
i think he could easily affort to send the money ...even if to him its sending it twice...(though no record appears to be from him sending anything ever)

I would think you could call him and arrange it to be squared away asap. Hate to think if the NW crew ever ran into him by accident. Locals should always take care of their own so the NW crew doesn't get a bad rep. IMHO
