Default Non-emissions Regulated Shops

Just wondoring...but i need to know some shops that are not emmisions regulated...i need a cat delete installed and would like someone to pop my air bag(i hate popping air bags) so my sparco wheel can be installed. i live in Lakewood...but will travel to get this done! any suggestions??

also i'm new to the Lakewood/tacoma wa. area so any info on any shops would be much appreciated! THANK YOU!

A few of my friends are ASE certified Toyota master techs. They could prob handle that, since they do some sidejobs. Just shoot me a PM if you're interested.

IMHO I doubt any certified shop is going to mess with your cats or airbags given the HUGE penalties for tampering with these.

you dont have to pop your airbag to do that... you can acutally prolly sell it for a fair amount of doe... as far as cat delete im assuming your just referring to test pipes... if you already have some they are a pretty easy install if they have the 02 bung already

almost any performance shop will do that for you. check with Worldone performance in kent. they did my testpipes for me.

also, don't know about the airbag, but i know they do steering wheels.

In Washington state:
First offense for working on "anything" of exhaust with cat removed was a $3,500.
Second offense $5,000 and can close business for 3 days.
3rd offense possible loss of business license and fines.
This include putting on a tailpipe hanger. If cat is missing it must be replaced before "ANY" other work is done. Yes they do bust shops very hard for any violation.
