The gains for the high flow cats range 4-10 hp to the wheels according to the Kinetix website.
As for the headers they are sale pending, but according to Strup's website they would increase hp by around 15ish.

That seems like a lot of power to add. Is that rough numbers at the wheels? or the crank? crank would make more sense to me.
