The good thing about traveling to Northgate via the highways is that those of us w/ passengers can get really cool Fly-by shots. We will coordinate at the park-n-ride tommorrow morning.

It's nasty out right now. I'm very near the meeting point and at 10:00pm it's 34 deg and my street is pretty slushy. The freeway is clear. If it's like this in the morning, I might not make it. My re050s are a deathwish with anything remotely resembling snow on the ground.

aww c'mon... I've gotta be somewhere at 6AM tommorrow so I'll be heading out when it's at it's worst (driving on forzen streets to get to the highway. If I can get going at that time, anyone should. I was gonna toss a bag of sand in the trunk to help w/ traction. But I figured I should take something useful, so I tossed 2 cases of bottled water back there. At least no one in our group is gonna go thirsty.

It's about 3" worth, and my Diesel was just out sliding around in it... if it's this way in the morning, I don't think I can get off the hill...

Looks like mys street is clear, still snow on the lawns. Can't tell if there's ice on the street. Gonna give it a go. First time I'll be driving the Z in winter-like conditions. If I make it there, then you'll know everything went well. If not well....
That was pretty cool meeting up together on the highway like that where the 1-90 meets I-5.
It was good. The wife actually found it entertaining. I guess the cold weather was the only downside. But other than that it went about as good as could be expected.
I got vids. I'll post a couple shortly. If anyone has skillz w/ video editting, lemme know and we should all send 'em our videos and pics so they can make something.

The second one was good but a little blurry. Some of you guys were really fly'n through that tunnel! BlackMamba's flyby was the best one in that attempt. I actually felt the air displaced from his car hit mine as he flew by. Must've been the tunnel redirecting some of it, but w/o a doubt his speed was huge.
Was good seeing all of you guys again and meeting new ones. BlackMamba2448; you're a true red, black and silver blooded Nismo fan! It was awesome meeting someone that made the effort to come out from as far as you did.
