I wanna tell my story, so here goes! I was the second car from the rear of the convoy so I was taking it easy, that and we were looking for a gas station so my wifey could pee. Then we saw a cop put on his lights and drive past us so everyone naturally started pulling over to let the cop by. Well the SRT in front of me got heavy on the brakes so i followed suit and the SRT behind me damn near rear ended me. So when everyone came to a stop I had no idea what was going on! The thing that killed me was The last 3 cars(all i could see) weren't speeding especially not 91 or 80 or whatever the F***. The cop that I spoke with was the one in the truck and I thought he was a pretty nice guy. I think it was the most excitement he had in along time because he was smiling like he had won the lottery. Updates soon to follow as my attorney gets back with me.

Also, a group of SRT's and my buddy and my 350Z were stopped at a little strip mall near the bike rental place. As I walked inside an older lady asked me as i went inside what kinda car I had, I told her mine and the other one on the end were 350z's. Then she asked about the other ones. I told her they were neons. She said "PSHHH garbage! What are you doing with them?" hahaha.

 

no sympathy here. i had a feeling this was going to happend

 

thats why i didn't go, cops swarm that route like its a training ground

Me too...I totally called it!

 

it will not stand in court.

With a good attorney or if someone knows what he's doing it's a dismissed case.


I made a same trip with my brother in law the weekend before.

Cops are out of their hibernation. Those roads were loaded with them.

 

This is why I'm afraid of this type of cruises. It's fun but even if you don't speed or drive recklessly some douche-bag will and then when the cop shows up you're in deep **** no matter who started it.
