going 100mph in an area like that is crazy enough but they are saying he was taking a TURN at that speed. WTF is wrong with ppl??

I am just glad it was at 1:45 in the morning and no innocent people were injured or killed.

 

with the right suspension, right tires, and right driver, you probably can take that turn at 100+...

 

I drive down Canyon often and I get people trying to race me on there all the time, especially in the am hours. I even had a small run with an EVO once in that same area. But not doing anything like this or even approaching 100 mph. And taking a turn at those speeds? Pure insanity... Sounds like the guys worked at a car lot and took the car out for a joy ride. Really tragic and it could of been avoided....

I think the problem with where he decided to turn was... There was a steel fence and a WALL! Bad place to make a high speed turn IMO

 

IMO, some ppl here are a bit too sensitive about this issue. I don't find it tragic, when two youngsters speed around in a car with a gun. For all we know, that is one or two less fools getting road rage and shooting someone.

I can agree with keep the stupidity driving to solo, but when you have a buddy who is just the same, why not be happy there are two less "fools". Sounds cold, but it's life.

I feel more sorry for the car then the drivers. Poor 350Z.

 

+1. No sympathy for the driver. I do have some for the passenger. But at the same time the passenger has the responsibility to tell the driver to cool it.

I drive there quite often but usually take meridian.... I see the chevron but I don't see how the guy was trying to take a corner. I mean onto 112th? I'll check it out when i go there tomorrow cause none of what there saying makes sense except the speeding part.

I've only seen 2 solar orange Z's I think it was that one and one that has a ugly veilside wing and carbon fiber sideskirts and front lip...its hideous.

I don't even want to imagine what the cops are going to be doing now that that's happened.

 

A guy in Tacoma had the LeMans sunset Z with all the carbon fiber add-ons you could buy. I think I saw the car listed for sale at a dealership earlier this year. I bought the original hood from that particular car and used it for an art project.
