Or that with a 350z, you might want to either roll your windows down ahead of time or disconnect the battery with the doors open so the windows are already dropped and won't hit the sail pannel.
So anyone in the same boat as me where you are going to have to do a lot of driving over the next few days to drop your gas tank? The 1/8 rule makes me not so happy.

You can just siphon the gas in my tank instead of driving around.LOL. I never turn down free gas.

i already tried siphoning the Z for another show. you can't get the hose all the way threw the filler neck. and if you could, you would siphon all the fuel out of just the passenger side of the tank, where the pump is. no fuel on the pump side, no way to get the siphon effect to pull gas from the drivers side.
yes, the 1/8 tank thing is effed up for Z/G's. i had to pull the pump out of the tank, and run the siphon tube to the drivers side of the tank, and then over to the pass. side of the tank to keep it level. thats when i figured out my aux. pump will draw through the stock pump even if it is not running. so i can just unplug my sending unit altogether and kill that pump and it shows me on complete empty.

Wasn't it more drift ready before the new bumper arrived?
actually the new bumper I got was drop kicked by the shipping company or crushed by something heavy ... so it was worse than my old bumper but its getting fixed as we speak! Thanks to R&G autobody & paint!
