actually you don't need one in idaho...the endorsment is for anything over 50CC which the ruckus isn't...

when I was rocking my scooter a couple years ago you didn't even need to register it or insure it cause they are under 50CC but I am not sure know...

I love ruckus....LOL

 

It was changed this year, now they do require an endorsment....

Now that Im done with this years Excelerator I should have some time to work on the Ruckus, pics soon. From what I have read the frame extension is going to be a *****. Still waiting for the forks and disc brake conversion to arrive from Password JDM.
