Default 1968 camaro RS for sale :)

This was my first car that was given to me from my father, recently I gave it back to him since it had been sitting for a while. We've agreed to sell it and split the proceeds now.

We are shooting for 9k.

Definitely a project car - it runs, but you have your work cut out for you.

pros:
original 327 engine just rebuilt (only 1-2k miles put on it), when I rebuilt it I threw a new edelbrock performer series intake manifold on it, some nice looking valve covers etc.

98% original parts (the other 2% being OEM replacements for damaged parts)

pristine back seat / original leather

new rear tires

4 digit collectors license plate - don't need tabs! great looking rare fast car.

cons: needs brakes (current brakes go to the floor - they work, just a bit scary!), interior work, body work, paint work etc. you are really going to need to tear it down and give it a lot of loving, but there's definite potential in this car.

only one picture at the moment, I will get some new ones up here next week when I can swing by where it is being kept. if the pic link goes down let me know and I will get it on a different host

if you'd like to see it in person it can be arranged.

bumping this up - a local guy offered us a boat and a dirtbike at one point, that was pretty funny.

Bump for you.

What a rare find! Reminds me of the days my dad & I used to tinker with his muscle car.
