That's too bad. But then again, it's a great time to get a property.

 

If I don't sell it "no big" I'll keep it! It's paid for.
Property opportunities(and homes)are all over (bankrupicies) tremendous amounts of people needing the money, with todays economy! Then why am I selling- have to many playtoys.I hope when all you younger whipersnappers are my age, you will be fortunate(and blessed) enough to be in the same situation-or better! I hope this didn't sound to arrogant-wasn't meant to be!!

 

Well, we all hope to be fortunate someday. But i'm not all that young either and I have a descent collection of toys myself.

You can never have too many toys.

But you know, like I said it's a great time to get into more properties (not giving you an advice, but agreeing with you). Definitely be profitable in the near future. As they say, cars are bad investment and real estate is where you can make some money, if done right (I used to be a real estate agent, but not quoted by me).
