no i won't, i'll still be "right side up", i don't owe much on my car. but either way, i'm not willing to add more than 5k on top of my car for an evo. so if i cant find anything and /or sell it, i'll just keep it.
well, imo what they offer for the 350 is low. After 1 year the price is almost 40% down.

its not really proper terminology, iguess we just used these for lack of better terms
negative equity is basically if i still owed more on my car loan than what the car is worth, upside down is the same thing
right side up is your car's value being more than what you still have to pay off.

I think if you attempt to go to a dealership you'll end up spending around $6500 more for an Evo 9. The reason is being there are only a handful (literally) of available Evo 9 locally (including OR and ID) so you're gonna end up spending around $26500 for a standard (GSR) Evo with low mileage. You'll get around $21k for the Z in trade-in and then there's the tax different so like I say, $6k to $6.5 is more realistic.
The best scenerio is if you can sell the Z and then get the Evo, that way you'll definitely hit your $5k difference mark,no questions about it - if you can locate that stock Evo 9 with low mileage somewhere in the NW.
Btw have you looked at these?

if i sell the z, i don't mind going anywhere in the country to get an evo, that would be the prefered way to do it cause i'll save the most money like that. but nobody is buying the z... stupid economy

3. must be new, i'll check it out, price is really good on this one.
4. he's not intrested in trading for a z
thanks
There is definitely not *a lot* of Evo 9 (or 8s for that matter). There were the 4 I posted there locally, that's it. Evos are rarer cars, in 2006 - the last 4g63 Evos they only produced a total of 5 thousand cars.
