Thanks everyone, still getting use to waking up in the middle of the night every 2 hours. Other than that it's been a great experience.

Thanks, each day gets a little easier than the previous one. I think I've finally mastered changing diapers. I treat them like pit stops the quicker the better

I don't think I ever mastered that...even after 2 girls and a boy...But I definately don't miss it !!

Just keep a bucket full of warm water around then hold baby up right (you don't want to hold by the legs, this is no no). Then you dunk, dunk, dunk and towel dry. Finally, hand off to woman.
