Not everyone has the luxury of keeping their Z's in the garage. Autobot Prowl is strong and will endure these winter times

Great, another day stuck at home. I live on a slight hill and it's a sheet of ice. All the surrounding streets look mostly clear, I just can't get to them!!

Couldn't you just park your car a couple blocks away on one of those clear streets the night before. Walk over to it in the morning.

Looks like more snow tomorrow.
My drive back from Seattle was *** Sunday. The pass wasnt as bad as the Vantage HWY to Pullman. No pavment, only a sheet of ice. I saw at least 40 wreaks, 15 of which were roll overs. To make it even better the tranny on my Durango started to crap out heading over....was lucky to make it back.

At least that may give me the excuse I have been looking for to buy a Lexus GX I will fix the tranny and give it to my fiance since her Exploder is well, ready to explode LOL

Yeah, I guess if I felt like leaving the Z out on a major artery since Saturday I'd be able to get around. Then again, I'd have to leave it on that same artery and walk back home at night. I'm thinking your idea is full of fail and aids.

Right, because we know all the streets where you live. Was this thread just to whine? Sorry, back on-topic then.

My friend was visiting his gf in pullman last year around this time when it snowed and on his way back to boise he hit a sheet of ice and flipped his truck. Scariest **** of his life he said, came to rest on the driver's side of the car. Good thing your safe!

More snow coming down as we speak, and its sticking

I am having a blast driving around in the snow and ice personally. I don't have any large hills to worry about. I work around 7am to 3pm so I don't get hit by the mass traffic.

The big ol empty untouched parking lots by my work .. ahhh.. wonder how much wear this is putting on my tires. could be an exepensive mistake but it's fun

i got stuck in a couple snow storms in the Z quite a few years ago. with traction contol on, it wasn't too bad. right till i got stuck on flat ground, lol.
i just got a ford expedition a couple weeks ago and happier than hell i did. i live on a pretty steep hill and my work van is only 2wd. no way i could make it out of the driveway let alone the hill, which lets out right in the middle of the hill. the expedition has been my work truck this week so far and has been towing people out stuck on the hill and other streets around my neighborhood. so far it has been unstoppable.

Looks like we actually got some snow. Its super distracting at work, all I want to do is go play in it.

So some dude spent the last hour trying to make it up a hill in front of my house, it went to the point that he tried shoveling the hill. Needless to say he failed and decided to work from home (if he can).

how you feeling about this statement now buddy?

it is getting pretty bad here today. luckily it is coming down as ice chunks and not sticking to any trees. those big trees over the house and the trucks out front will give me a hurtin!

It's better if those trees just come down anyway. I hate the pine needles they drop on my car whenever I park at your place.

i hate it also, but was hoping for a more controlled drop with ropes and a chainsaw . power and cable runs right under the trees too, so if some big branches come down, i will get
