!!!!!Alignment!!!!!
Firestone has a lifetime alignment deal for like $140.
You pay that and they align your cars wheels after that for free at any Firestone location in US
anyone ever got alignment done from Firestone?
Are them folks any good?

They have always done great on my company vehicles. I went to the one by Southcenter Mall in Tukwila.

firestone is the sh!ttiest alignment place i've ever taken a car. i took my gti there (i know its not a g/z) cause it pulled to the left, and after i left on the drive home ~3 miles it was pulling just the same. they told me i needed a camber kit (new bolts for a vw) to get it right. i went where i normally used to go to get it fixed with the camber bolts, and the guy there told me he was full of **** and didn't know what he was talking about. i told the firestone guy what the stock adjustment range was and he told me it couldn't be done. i think he was adjusting the wrong bolt. moral of the story is firestone alignments = epic FAIL, unless you have a bone stock car, and being as the g/z's have the whole engine cradle that sometimes must be adjusted, i wouldn't trust firestone to do it. i know other people that have gone there too with 240s hondas acuras etc. and they all had similar results. i recommend collision 1 (or meridian collision or whatever they're called) the main place is off 152nd and meridian in puyallup, but the alignment place is off 163rd and meridian. i think they charged me $60-80 to do my g when i first got it over the summer. their phone # is 253.445.1470

Tell that to all the people that have complained about damaged wheels from tire mounting and alignment sensors. Metal on metal requires patience and care, neither of which most of the techs at these chain shops have.

Firestone and Les Schwab are both tow and go morons. Only set tow then away the car goes!!
Les Schwab to the neighbor "If you need caster or camber adjusted you will have to take it to a specialty shop" car is a '72 Nova any competent mechanic could align.

anyone got print out from any recent alignments?
how's your camber?
I did get the alignment at Firestone in Auburn today.
the print out is just as same as I was getting from Les Schwab. (camber -1.7) on front.
So on the paper looks like they did same job as Les Schwab been doing for me for past several years.
As far as the service I did not like those guys..............so I'm gonna go to the shop in Edgewood tomorrow (after I mount my tires).
They would not even let me in to the shop. Guy at the counter told me that I need safety glasses, I asked him if my regular glasses will work and he said no........while mechanic that was working on my car was wearing his regular glasses and not safety ones.
