Well the engine build is almost done, Sam has cores so he didnt need mine to get started. My car was going to get transported today but with the recent snow we couldnt get enough traction to load it on. Now it looks like it will be another week before the next transport comes through assuming there is enough dry pavement to load it LOL

The BSCC event on the 15th is a practice day althought they run it like a regular event. If you haven't been to an auto-x before you might want to go to the novice school on March 1st and then the first schedule BSCC event is on the 15th of March. Here's a link to all of the local events, BSCC, WWSCC an SCCA.

Yeah, OR region was the first to have events in Packwood. The Hampton Lumber Mill site it HUGEEE. Relatively flat and smooth.

Make it out to some events there, and I'll see ya then!

I was actually at the first Packwood event. The place is awesome.

I'll be at Dawg Sled 2009 (Slush #1) running in SA in the afternoon.

I think they have a guide book and in it says that as long as the passenger has a helmet it is perfectly fine. Besides, this is not a "real" autox. this is a practice, although it is the same. I am still contemplating on whether taking the ferry or not. What do you think?
My buddy is coming too and he drives a viper(does not do good on gas), and he's leaning towards the ferry. So, if we take the ferry we can grab breakfast in it. If not we can meet little bit earlier and get coffee and breakfast.

I'll be at the WW event this Sunday - I sold my Z a few months ago, but will be driving my ST3 (STS/2) White '93 miata. I'll be there in the AM and PM. If any of you guys need help, find me at the event. (your first event is usually figuring out the event format more than driving)

Yeah, they've updated their web schedule. I will post it later tonight. The track day is in march at Bremerton. I will go couple of time with Porsche and alfa club too. They have good organization. Are coming out on the 15th?
