c'mon man...you knew people on here would not take kindly to hap-$hitty mods like cut springs. i wouldn't even do that to a civic.
Don't bother cutting anything....just do like I did to my old B-210 hatch when I was younger....just remove the springs and throw them away.....srs drop, hella stiff ride.

I cut my springs on an old jetta once but only a little bit so the ride was still good. I know guys do it on civics all the time and it's really bouncy and rough.
Anyways, you can do it yourself with a cutoff tool. It will literally take a couple minutes. No need to take them anywhere.
